Tickets for certain Dan Patch Days activities or experiences may be required and may be sold or distributed through third-party providers such as TicketSpice or other ticketing platforms. Ticket purchases and registrations are subject to any additional terms, conditions, and refund or cancellation policies established by those third-party providers and, where applicable, by Dan Patch Days.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including ticketing providers, sponsors, community organizations, and social media platforms. These sites are provided for your convenience only; Dan Patch Days does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. When you purchase tickets or provide information through TicketSpice or other third-party platforms, your information is collected and processed pursuant to their terms of service and privacy policies, in addition to any applicable Dan Patch Days policies.

Unless otherwise noted, the Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photos, and other materials related to Dan Patch Days—are owned by or licensed to Dan Patch Days, Inc. and are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.
