Become a Sponsor – 2012 Dan Patch Days


 Dan Patch Days Marketing and Sponsorship Opportunities for 2012 are now available!!


This year’s event will be held June 21-24, 2012 at Community Park in Savage. This event draws in nearly 15,000 community residents and guests to the park throughout the weekend.  We are currently seeking businesses that would be interested in having their name promoted as part of this beloved event, by sponsoring and/or advertising in the 2012 Dan Patch Days Event Guide.


 


There are six levels of Sponsorship to choose from, the levels begin at $100 and go up to $4,000, so you can choose the level that is right for you and your business! FREE and discounted ads in the 2012 Dan Patch Days Event Guide is offered to all Sponsors!


 


Businesses can advertise in the 2012 Dan Patch Days Event Guide without having to be a Sponsor.  Attached are ad sizes and pricing information regarding Dan Patch Days Event Guide. Over 10,000 Event Guides are printed and delivered to every household and business within the Savage Community and surrounding area. Coupons are highly encouraged, and an easy way to track your results!


 


Attached, you will also find the 2012 Sponsorship Packet which contains a lot of great information regarding sponsorship benefits, pricing and a Sponsorship Menu. The menu will guide you on how much exposure you are looking for this year, and the maximum number of Businesses that can sponsor an event.  For example, Platinum, the highest level, can choose to be a Sponsor of anything on the menu, where Bronze Sponsorship is a bit more limited, but still offers you the ability to get your business name on some very prominent things happening all day in the park.  The Copper and Nickel level, allows you to receive a discount on an ad in the Event Guide, while showing the Savage Community your support! 


 


One of the “NEW” events happening this year, that I would like to point out, is a 2-Hour Radio Disney Performance!  Any businesses (limited to 4)  that sign on to be a Platinum Sponsor will receive on-air promotional announcements on Radio Disney AM 1440 for the 2 weeks leading up to the Event!  Businesses interested in Disney Radio air time along with lots of other promotional extra’s….may want to consider being a Platinum Level Sponsor!
